1. Each participant is personally responsible for deciding, in accordance with their physical condition, whether to participate in and complete the full race distance for which they are registered, i.e. 5 km or 10 km.

2. Each participant agrees that the rights to use their name, voice, photograph, or video material belong to the organizer, including for all forms of advertising on radio, television, the Internet, and other commercial activities of the organizer.

3. The Association “Superior Runs – Get Up, Run!” – Štip places great importance on the protection and security of users’ personal data. Personal data such as name, surname, gender, address, phone number, date of birth, and email address are stored in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection, in its currently valid version.

All prescribed technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect the personal data in our possession, in order to prevent unauthorized access and misuse. Our security procedures are subject to regular reviews and reflect the latest technological developments in this field.

4. By using the website, users acknowledge and accept the Terms of Use in their current version. The Association “Superior Runs – Get Up, Run!” – Štip reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

7. Registration is open to everyone. The Association “Superior Runs – Get Up, Run!” – Štip reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict or revoke access to the registration form for a specific user if the form is used improperly or with false information. This applies in particular if:

• there is justified suspicion that the registration data is false;

• there is justified suspicion that online services are being used to commit fraud.

8. Copyright for all documents (texts, images, etc.) used in the creation of the website belongs to the Association, unless otherwise stated. By using the website, users or third parties do not acquire any copyrights, licenses, or similar rights. Documents available on the website and their content may not be modified, reproduced, supplemented, or otherwise used without prior written permission from the Association.
